Our Main Emergency Service

Emergency Water Extraction & Structural Drying

When water gets loose inside a building, the job is not finished when the puddle disappears. Carpet, pad, subfloor, drywall, insulation, cabinets, sill plates, hardwood, and wall cavities can all hold moisture long after the surface looks better.

Remove the standing water first.
Extraction helps get the bulk water out fast and gives the drying work a better starting point.
Check beyond the obvious wet spot.
We look for affected materials and hidden travel paths instead of assuming the visible area is the whole loss.
Dry the structure—not just the air.
Air movement, dehumidification, and specialty drying methods are matched to the materials involved.
Document what happened and what was done.
Photos, readings, equipment notes, and job records provide more than a vague memory and a final invoice.
Insurance claim or self-pay?Either way, the first priority is the same: stop the water, understand where it traveled, and prevent avoidable secondary damage. We do not promise insurance coverage. We document the loss carefully so you have more than a vague memory and a final invoice.
Burst or Broken PipeWater from a failed supply line can spread through multiple rooms fast. Shut off the source when safe and call before it keeps traveling.
Water Heater LeakA leaking or failed tank can release a surprising volume of water into flooring, walls, closets, garages, and adjoining rooms.
Washing Machine OverflowSupply hose failures and overflows often push water under baseboards, cabinets, flooring, and into nearby rooms.
Dishwasher or Refrigerator LeakKitchen leaks can hide under cabinets and finished flooring where surface drying alone may miss the problem.
Wet Carpet & PadCarpet may be only the visible layer. Pad, tack strip, baseboards, wall bottoms, and subfloor may also need attention.
Wet Hardwood FlooringWood can absorb water and cup, swell, or trap moisture below the visible surface. Specialty drying may help in appropriate situations.
Wet Walls & BaseboardsDrywall and wall cavities can wick moisture above the water line. The right response depends on what is wet and how deeply.
Crawlspace, Basement & Foundation WaterWater intrusion below the living space still needs controlled removal, moisture evaluation, and a plan to dry affected materials.
What Happens When You Call

A Wet Property Needs a Plan—Not Guesswork.

The exact steps depend on the source, category of water, affected materials, and how far the moisture traveled. The core process stays straightforward.

1

Find the Problem

We start with the source, the affected rooms, and what happened. If water is still entering, stopping the source comes first.

2

Extract the Water

Standing water and heavy saturation are removed where appropriate so drying can begin from a better starting point.

3

Map the Moisture

Visible wet areas are checked along with likely hidden paths beneath flooring, behind trim, around walls, and under cabinets.

4

Dry the Materials

Air movers, dehumidifiers, and specialty drying equipment are placed based on the materials and conditions—not simply by room count.

5

Monitor Progress

Drying is tracked with moisture readings and equipment adjustments until the affected materials reach appropriate drying goals.

Better Water for the Home

Premium Water Treatment, Matched to Your Water

Better water should feel intentional. Hardness, scale, spotting, taste, and dissolved solids are different concerns, so the system should be selected around the water in your home—not pulled from a one-size-fits-all package.

Our approach is simple: test first, recommend second. We look at the source water, hardness, TDS, plumbing, household size, and the problem you actually want solved. Then we recommend treatment that fits the home.

Tankless RO800 GPD IntelliClear under-sink reverse osmosis for improved taste and lower TDS without a storage tank.
Tailored RecommendationsCity water and well water are not treated the same by default. The recommendation depends on the actual water.
Installed & ExplainedWe do not just drop off equipment. We install the system and explain what it is doing for the home.
Not every home needs the same treatment package. Some homes mainly need hardness treatment. Others also need better drinking water at the sink. We build the recommendation around the actual water and the homeowner's priorities.

Why Homeowners Call Us

Premium Does Not Mean Complicated. It Means Done Right.

Premium service is not about adding fluff. It is about understanding the problem, choosing the right solution, communicating clearly, and finishing the job with confidence.

DRY
We look past the surface.

A wet floor can mean moisture under flooring and inside walls. Hard water can be a different problem than drinking-water quality. A weak central vacuum may be the unit, the hose, the inlets, or the piping. Diagnosis matters.

FIT
We use the right equipment for the job.

Water extraction and drying require different tools than water treatment or central vacuum work. Each division is equipped for its own specialty.

CLEAR
We explain what we found.

You should understand the problem, what needs to be done, and what comes next. Clear communication is part of professional service.

HOME
Residential and light commercial help.

Homes, offices, churches, daycares, construction projects, and other properties can all have urgent water problems or specialty system needs.

Questions Homeowners Ask

Straight Answers Before You Call.

What should I do first when I find water?

If it is safe, stop the source of the water, avoid electrical hazards, and move valuables away from the wet area. Then call us at (405) 691-8800. If you cannot safely reach the water shutoff, do not put yourself at risk.

Can I just use fans and let the room dry?

Sometimes a very small surface spill dries without professional intervention. A water loss that reached carpet pad, subfloor, wall cavities, cabinets, insulation, hardwood, or multiple rooms can be a different situation. The issue is not whether the surface feels dry—it is whether the affected materials are actually dry.

Will insurance pay for water damage?

Coverage depends on the policy, the cause of loss, exclusions, deductibles, and the insurer's determination. We do not promise coverage. We can document the affected areas and the drying work so the loss is better supported by facts and records.

Do you test water before recommending a softener?

Yes. We want to know what problem you are trying to solve and what your water is actually doing. Hardness, TDS, source water, household size, plumbing, and other conditions can affect the right recommendation.

Is reverse osmosis the same thing as a water softener?

No. A softener is primarily used to address hardness throughout the home. Reverse osmosis is generally used at a drinking-water point of use to reduce many dissolved substances and lower TDS. They solve different problems and are often used together.

Is the RO shown here tankless?

Yes. The RO unit featured in this section is a tankless IntelliClear unit. The photo being used for this page is your 800 GPD tankless system—not a traditional tank-style RO.

Can you replace my old central vacuum without replacing everything?

Often, yes. If the existing tubing and wiring are in usable condition, a power-unit replacement may be possible. We evaluate the existing system and recommend what actually needs to change.

Can a central vacuum be added to an existing home?

In many homes, yes. Retrofit feasibility depends on the home's layout, attic or crawlspace access, wall construction, desired inlet locations, and routing options. Hide-A-Hose and other central vacuum upgrades can often be added to existing homes with the right route planning.

One Call. The Right Direction.

If water is on the floor, call now. If you are tired of hard water, want better drinking water, or need help with a central vacuum system, call the same number and tell us what you need.
